The hotel provided great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for a peaceful stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. The rooms with balconies offered a lovely view, and the basic amenities provided, such as a fridge freezer and a kettle, were a nice touch.

I recently stayed at Guest House Ivo for a few nights during my trip to Croatia. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering great value for money. I particularly enjoyed the nice balconies with beautiful views of either the mountains or the sea. The location was convenient, with the beach and restaurants of Stobrec nearby, as well as a bus stop for easy access to Split center. Free parking and Wifi were also available.

The beach and some shops were closeby which was nice. the room was clean and tidy when we arrived, and there was a nice balcony with a view. the free parking was great as we drove there.

The staff seemed distant and unfriendly, not very welcoming and didn't seem interested in helping us with recommendations or anything else. There was no kitchen we could use, which was a bit inconvenient, and it would have been nice if there was breakfast included.

Although the apartment was a good choice for its location and facilities, it was quite a distance from the main town of Split, and the buses only ran every 1-2 hours. The mattress was quite hard, and the air conditioning didn't work very well, making the room quite hot.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel as it was very close to the bus stop to Split and just a minute away from a beautiful beach. The ample parking space and the availability of free Wi-Fi were major plus points. The hotel was very clean and tidy, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
